Grief Coaching is for bereaved individuals seeking practical, meaningful support from someone who has walked the path of loss. You’ll receive mind-body tools grounded in the latest bereavement research and resilience psychology, helping you navigate your grief with compassion and strength.

  • At our free consult call we’ll discuss your specific challenges and desired outcomes to find the program that’s best for you. If I’m not the right person to support you, I’ll refer you to someone who is.

  • If we both feel it’s the right path forward for you - yay, that’s great!

    Pay the deposit when you’re ready and you’re in.

  • You’ll receive your welcome pack and we’ll book in all the sessions upfront (same day, same time each week - easy peasy) and you’re all set.
