Hi, I’m Hannah—a coach, writer, and lover of wild places. My work is for people who want to reconnect with their whole and wild selves.

Once upon a time, I was a type-A doer—always hustling, always striving. But the year I turned 30, a wave of deep personal loss shattered my old definitions of success, and I was forced to rebuild my life from the inside out.

These days, I guide others through the process of remembering who they are—so they can navigate life’s challenges and create a life that feels fully alive.
